The Somfit app is designed to work in conjunction with the Somfit device to facilitate overnight sleep recordings.

Initial setup involves scanning the QR code provided by your healthcare provider using the app. The app communicates with the Somfit device via Bluetooth and utilizes device storage to securely save data during the monitoring process. Upon completion of your overnight study, the app uploads the collected data to your healthcare provider for analysis.

For optimal functionality, the Somfit app requires access to your device’s camera and Bluetooth. The camera is used solely for scanning QR codes during setup, while Bluetooth enables communication with the Somfit device. We recognize that granting permissions may raise privacy concerns; therefore, we limit access strictly to essential functions to ensure your data remains secure.
